1. Bring us all of your tax forms, including your government forms, the forms from your employer, your bank - anything that is mailed to you at tax time.

2. Bring in the archived record of your annual records from Quicken, Quickbooks or another format.

3. Bring receipts for any charitable donations.

4. Bring your social security card so we can be sure to accurately file for you.

5. Bring a canceled check if you want us to eFile for you.
